Announcing new marketing and social media strategies for Clark’s Coffee.  In an attempt to go back to our roots of being an ethically responsible company, we are announcing an immediate return to our fair-trade partners and will document the entire journey.  The intent of this is to provide transparency and remind our customers, employees and stockholders alike that we are a trustworthy company. We plan to use social initiatives for good in the world, not just profit. We are going back to putting people and coffee first.

Clark’s Coffee will now implement:

-live-streams and interviews with our fair-trade partners. Livestreams are available on the first Tuesday of every month. Viewers will be able to participate and ask questions.

-deep dive interviews including topics like social initiatives positively impacting social economic growth.

-Instagram “take-overs” by fair trade farmers, top-level employees and a few special Clark’s Coffee brand ambassadors.

-utilizing all forms of social media strategy, posting longer videos to Substack and YouTube and shorter videos and reels to Instagram and X.

Clark’s Coffee senior communications and social media manager, Erin Clark, recently tweeted “Consumers and employees alike can see the people directly impacted by our decision to go back to fair-trade coffee beans and learn the process of how we make the finest coffee – from farm to cup.”
